Carbon Credit Structure

Various structures may be adopted to wrap Carbon Credits. Danfonds recommends the structureing of carbon credits using Special Purpose Vehicles incorported in Burmuda. 

At Danfonds we believe our approach will have the advantage that the Carbon Credits belong beneficially to the participants as and when they flow into the structure from the project (this may be important because it is difficult to take valid and enforceable security over a Carbon Credit).
